Pattern Valentine's Day Tags

These personalized Valentine's day tags add the perfect personalized touch to your child's Valentine's Day basket!
 
Each tag is laser cut from 1/8" sublimation board and the ink is permanently adhered onto it with heat.  A white ribbon is attached for hanging off of your basket.

Choose the tag shape, background, and front you would like from the drop down menus.
 
Please leave that names exactly as you would like them spelled in the personalization box.
 
Please be aware that wood has natural imperfections such as cracks, dents and knots. Colors can differ with lighting, screen resolution. No two signs are the same!
